天然化合物通过细胞焦亡途径抗肿瘤作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 细胞焦亡是由半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶介导,并伴随炎症反应和参与机体免疫应答的一种程序性细胞死亡方式,又称炎性细胞死亡。细胞焦亡途径分为经典途径以及非经典途径。多项研究表明,细胞焦亡参与多种肿瘤疾病的发展进程,并且焦亡相关因子不仅具有化疗增敏作用及肿瘤预后指示因子的潜能,而且其对肿瘤微环境的影响也是目前的热点研究方向。天然化合物结构多样,来源广泛,具有多靶点、多通路、药理作用广泛等特点,一直是抗肿瘤新药研发的重要来源。多种天然化合物被发现可通过诱导肿瘤细胞焦亡发挥抗肿瘤作用。从细胞焦亡发生的分子机制和焦亡与肿瘤的关系及天然化合物,如黄酮类、萜类、多酚类、醌类等成分靶向焦亡的研究进展进行综述。以期为天然化合物通过细胞焦亡途径抗肿瘤的后续研究提供最新思路与方向。 Pyroptosis is a type of programmed cell death that is mediated by caspase and is accompanied by inflammation and involved in the immune response,also known as inflammatory cell death.Pyroptosis pathway is divided into classical pathway and non-classical pathway.Several studies have shown that pyroptosis is involved in the development of a variety of tumor diseases,and pyroptosis related factors not only have the potential to sensitize chemotherapy and be an indicator of tumor prognosis,but also their influence on tumor microenvironment is currently a hot research direction.Natural compounds have diverse structures,a wide range of sources,and have the characteristics of multiple targets,multiple pathways and extensive pharmacological effects.They have always been an important source for the research and development of new anti-tumor drugs.A variety of natural compounds have been found to exert anti-tumor effects by inducing pyroptosis of tumor cells in order to provide the latest ideas and directions for the follow-up research of natural compounds against tumor through pyroptosis pathway.
