车前子炮制研究进展

Processing of Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen):A Review

车前子是我国传统中药材,历代本草中记载的车前子主要炮制方法有清炒法、盐炙法和酒炙法3种,其中清炒法和盐炙法沿用至今。通过查阅《中华人民共和国药典》以及各省市炮制规范等,对车前子的现代炮制规范、炮制工艺、炮制前后的化学成分变化、药理作用以及质量分析相关研究进行梳理。发现历代《中华人民共和国药典》和各省市炮制规范中车前子的炮制方法以净制、清炒和盐炙为主,车前子在经过炮制后化学成分和药理作用均发生显著变化。目前,对车前子的研究依旧以生品为主,对炮制品研究甚少,尚需对车前子炮制品进行深入研究,规范炮制工艺,阐释其炮制前后的物质变化基础和作用机制,扩大车前子的临床使用范围。

Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen)is a traditional Chinese medicinal material.The main processing methods of Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen)recorded in the herbal medicine of past dynasties include clear frying,salt roasting and wine roasting,of which clear frying and salt roasting are still in use today.By consulting the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the processing specifications of various provinces and cities,the author combed the research on the modern processing specifications,processing technology,chemical composition changes before and after processing,pharmacological effects and quality analysis of Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen).It was found that the processing methods of Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen)in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of previous dynasties and the processing specifications of various provinces and cities were mainly net processing,clear frying and salt roasting,and the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen)after processing changed significantly.At present,the research on Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen)is still mainly raw products,and there is little research on processed products.It is still necessary to conduct in-depth research on processed products of Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen),standardize the processing technology,explain the material change basis and action mechanism before and after processing,and expand the clinical application scope of Cheqianzi(Plantaginis Semen).
