毛冬青化学成分及其防治心血管疾病研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents of Maodongqing(Ilex Pubescens)and Their Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases

毛冬青是广东、广西、福建等地区常见的药用植物,具有活血通络、清热解毒、祛痰止咳等功效,在临床应用广泛。随着现代药用植物化学成分分析技术的进步以及现代药理学的发展,毛冬青更多的化学成分被发现,其药理作用也逐步被开发,临床适用范围越来越广。研究显示毛冬青主要化学成分类型包括三萜皂苷、木脂素、环烯醚萜、酚酸、黄酮等,具有抗炎、抗凝、强心、降脂、降压、保护心肌和血管内皮等药理作用,在防治心血管疾病方面发挥着独特作用。文章就毛冬青的化学成分及其在防治心血管疾病方面的药理作用和临床应用作出综述,为毛冬青的开发应用提供依据。

Maodongqing(Ilex Pubescens)is a common medicinal plant in Guangdong,Guangxi,Fujian and other regions.It has the effects of activating blood and dredging collaterals,clearing heat and detoxification,removing phlegm and relieving cough,and is widely used in clinical practice.With the advancement of modern medicinal plant chemical composition analysis technology and the development of modern pharmacology,more chemical components of Maodongqing(Ilex Pubescens)have been discovered,and its pharmacological effects have been gradually developed,and the clinical application scope has become wider and wider.Studies have shown that the main chemical components of Maodongqing(Ilex Pubescens)include triterpenoid saponins,lignans,iridoids,phenolic acids,flavonoids,etc.It has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anticoagulation,strengthening heart,lowering lipid,decreasing blood pressure,protecting myocardium and vascular endothelium,and plays a unique role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.In this paper,the chemical constituents of Maodongqing(Ilex Pubescens)and its pharmacological effects and clinical application in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases were reviewed,which provided the basis for the development and application of Maodongqing(Ilex Pubescens).
