四关穴治疗卒中后抑郁研究进展

Advances in the Study of Siguan Point Acupuncture for Post-Stroke Depression

卒中后抑郁是脑卒中发生后所引起的常见并发症之一,该病的发生严重影响患者神经功能恢复水平,不利于患者的康复锻炼,对患者身体、认知、家庭社会关系造成负面影响。四关穴作为临床治疗中常用的穴组,被广泛应用于多种疾病的治疗。文章通过文献分析四关穴治疗卒中后抑郁作用机制及临床应用,结果发现在现有研究中,四关穴治疗卒中后抑郁的机制仍不完善,与临床应用存在一定理论差异。临床治疗中存在进针深度、行针手法等方面的问题,且现有的研究多为小样本、单中心的研究,在四关穴单穴及组穴应用方面还需进一步的研究,从而为临床使用四关穴治疗卒中后抑郁提供指导意义。

Post-stroke depression is one of the common complications caused by stroke.The occurrence of this disease seriously affects the level of neurological function recovery level of patients,is not conducive to patients'rehabilitation exercise,and has a negative impact on patients'physical,cognitive and family social relations.As a commonly used in clinical treatment,Siguan point is widely used in the treatment of many diseases.This paper analyzes the mechanism and clinical application of post-stroke depression through the literature,and finds that the mechanism of post-stroke depression is still imperfect,and there are some theoretical differences from the clinical application.There are problems in the clinical treatment of injection depth,needle technique and other aspects,and the existing studies are mostly small samples and single center studies,and further research is needed in the application of Siguan point and group point of Siguan point,so as to provide guidance for the clinical use of Siguan point to treat post-stroke depression.
