经方中白术应用规律研究

Study on the Application Law of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)in Classic Prescription

通过查阅文献,从《伤寒论》所用术的种类、用量、主治证候、配伍等方面探究仲景白术应用规律,发现仲景用白术一般常用量为2~3两,针对病机不同也有4两与6铢的特殊用量,多用于补脾止疼痛、健脾利小便、升清止泄利。而在配伍上,与茯苓相伍共奏健脾止痛、利水渗湿之功;与桂枝配伍则可温阳利水、调畅气机;合芍药则能抑木扶土、健脾止痛;与附子相配可益火补土,温脾暖肾。同时,与桂枝、芍药、附子等配伍又可以起到温阳利水调畅气机、抑木扶土温暖脾肾等作用。白术应用广泛,配伍精妙,理圆法活,充分体现出仲景爱用、善用白术,顾护中土的学术思想。通过对白术在《伤寒论》经方应用规律研究,以冀为进一步研究仲景用药特色,深化临床实践提供帮助。

By consulting the literature,the author probes into the application law of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)from the aspects of the type,dosage,main syndrome and compatibility of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),and finds that the common dosage of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)is 2-3 taels.According to the different pathogenesis,there are also special doses of 4 and 6 baht,which are mostly used to tonify the spleen and relieve pain,invigorate the spleen and relieve urination,ascend clearance and stop diarrhea.In compatibility,it plays the function of invigorating spleen and relieving pain,promoting diuresis and wetting together with Fuling(Poria);compatibility with Guizhi(cinnamomi)can warm Yang and diuresis and regulate Qi;Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)can inhibit wood and support soil,strengthen spleen and relieve pain;matching with Fuzi(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata)can benefit fire and tonify soil,warm spleen and warm kidney.At the same time,the compatibility with Guizhi(cinnamomi),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Fuzi(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata)and so on can play the role of warming Yang,promoting water and regulating Qi,suppressing wood and supporting soil to warm the spleen and kidney.Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)is widely used,exquisite in compatibility and living in the method of regulating the circle,which fully reflects Zhongjing's academic thought of loving use,making good use of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)and taking care of the Middle Earth.Through the study of the application law of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)in the classic prescription of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,it is expected to provide help for further studying the characteristics of Zhongjing medicine and deepening clinical practice.
