枫蓼肠胃康胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗感染性腹泻疗效及血清CRP、IL-17水平变化观察

Curative Effect of Fengliao Changweikang Capsule(枫蓼肠胃康胶囊)Combined with Pantoprazole on Infectious Diarrhea and Changes of Serum CRP and IL-17 Levels

目的探讨枫蓼肠胃康胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗感染性腹泻的疗效,探讨对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-17(IL-17)水平的影响。方法选取2017年9月—2020年2月收治的138例感染性腹泻患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组各69例,两组均给予抗感染、补液支持及双歧杆菌三联活菌片常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上联合泮托拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合枫蓼肠胃康胶囊治疗,对比两组疗效,分析两种治疗方式对患者炎症因子、胃肠道功能及临床症状的影响。结果观察组治疗有效率91.10%(67/69)显著高于对照组85.51%(59/69)(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、脱水纠正时间、止泻时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组腹泻次数、大便形状、腹胀腹痛、脓血黏液便、形体消瘦、神疲乏力积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CRP、IL-17、白细胞计数(WBC)、胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸均显著低于对照组,生长抑素(SS)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高,CD8^(+)显著降低,且观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枫蓼肠胃康胶囊联合泮托拉唑治疗感染性腹泻疗效较佳,可显著改善患者临床症状、胃肠道功能及肠黏膜状态,降低机体炎症反应,提高免疫功能,促进恢复,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Fengliao Changweikang Capsule(枫蓼肠胃康胶囊)combined with pantoprazole on infectious diarrhea and the influences on levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-17(IL-17).Methods A total of 138 patients with infectious diarrhea admitted to the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between September 2017 and February 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,69 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatments(anti-infection,fluid infusion,bifidtriple viable capsule).On this basis,control group was given pantoprazole,while observation group was given Fengliao Changweikang Capsule on basis of control group.The curative effect between the two groups was compared.The effects of the two methods on inflammatory factors,gastrointestinal function and clinical symptoms were analyzed.Results The response rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(91.10%vs 85.51%)(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,dehydration correction time and antidiarrheal time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment times of diarrhea,scores of stool shape,abdominal distension and pain,mucosanguineous feces,emaciation and fatigue in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,IL-17,white blood cell count(WBC),motilin(MOT),gastrin(GAS),diamine oxidase(DAO)and D-lactic acid in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,while somatostatin(SS)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased and CD8^(+)decreased significantly in both groups,and CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of Fengliao Changweikang Capsule combined with pantoprazole is good on infectious diarrhea,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal function and intestinal mucosal state,improve immune function,reduce inflammation response and promote recovery of patients.
