一次性输液器在胸外体表手术腔隙中的应用

Application of disposable infusion set in the lacuna of thoracic superficial surgery

目的探讨一次性输液器在胸外体表手术腔隙中的应用价值。方法选2019年1月至2022年6月赣州市肿瘤医院收治的100例行胸外体表手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用传统橡胶引流管引流,观察组采用一次性输液器改装装置引流。对比两组术后首日引流量、引流管置管时间、手术切口愈合情况、患者舒适度及满意度。结果两组患者首日引流量、引流管置管时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者手术切口愈合良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组患者Kolcaba的舒适度量表(GCQ)各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组患者GCQ量表各维度评分均高于术前,且观察组的GCQ量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性输液器改装装置相较于传统橡胶管引流在胸外体表手术腔隙中的应用中引流效果相当,手术切口愈合情况更好,患者舒适度和满意度更高。

Objective To explore the application value of disposable infusion set in the lacuna of thoracic superficial surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent thoracic superficial surgery in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was drained with traditional rubber drainage tube while the observation group was drained with disposable infusion set modified device.The drainage volume on the first day after surgery,drainage tube placement time,surgical incision healing,patient comfort and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistical differences in the first-day drainage volume and drainage tube placement time between the two groups(P>0.05).The good healing rate of surgical incision of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of dimensions of general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of dimensions of GCQ in both groups after surgery were higher compared with those before surgery,and the GCQ scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in observation group was higher compared with that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drainage device with modified disposable infusion set has the same drainage effect as traditional rubber drainage tube in the lacuna of thoracic superficial surgery,but the former one has better healing of surgical incision and higher comfort and satisfaction of patients.
