耳尖放血联合吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴在原发性高血压患者中的应用效果

Application effect of ear tip bleeding combined with Evodia application on Yongquan point in patients with primary hypertension

目的分析耳尖放血联合吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴对原发性高血压患者的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月萍乡市中医院收治的62例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法将其分为常规组与中医组,每组各31例。常规组患者给予尼群地平片口服治疗,中医组患者在常规组的基础上给予耳尖放血+吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴治疗。比较两组高血压患者的总有效率、动态血压指标、血清相关因子及生活质量。结果中医组患者的治疗总有效率(93.55%)高于常规组(74.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的24 h平均收缩压(24 h SBP)、24 h平均舒张压(24 h DBP)均低于本组治疗前,且中医组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的C反应蛋白(CRP)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、P-选择素(CD62P)均低于本组治疗前,且中医组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,中医组患者的生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳尖放血联合吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴治疗原发性高血压效果显著,可进一步降低患者血压水平,降低血清CRP、ET-1、CD62P水平,减轻机体炎症反应,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of ear tip bleeding combined with Evodia application at Yongquan point on patients with primary hypertension.Methods A total of 62 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into conventional group and traditional Chinese medicine group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were given oral treatment of Nirendipine Tablets,and patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were given ear tip bleeding combined with Evodia application at Yongquan point on the basis of the conventional group.The total effective rate,ambulatory blood pressure index,serum related factors and quality of life of the two groups of hypertensive patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine group(93.55%)was higher than that in the conventional group(74.19%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure(24 h SBP)and 24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure(24 h DBP)of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein(CRP),vascular endothelin 1(ET-1)and P-nenenebb selectin(CD62P)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ear tip bleeding and Evodia application at Yongquan point has a significant therapeutic effect on primary hypertension,which can further reduce the patient's blood pressure level,serum CRP,ET-1 and CD62P levels,alleviate the body's inflammatory response,and improve the patient's quality of life.
