人工智能语音信号采集识别方法在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨人工智能语音信号采集识别方法在阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的120例AD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组(60例)与对照组(60例),试验组采用人工智能语音信号采集识别方法对患者认知功能进行评价,对照组采用简易智力精神状态量表(MMSE)对患者认知功能进行评价,比较两组患者的评定筛查时间、阳性预测率以及严重程度分级准确度。结果试验组评定时间短于对照组,阳性预测率和严重程度分级准确度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工智能语音信号采集识别方法能提高AD患者的临床筛查效率,是一种有效实用的AD评定方法。 Objective To explore the application effect of artificial intelligence speech signal acquisition and recognition methods in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods A total of 120 patients with AD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The experimental group evaluated the cognitive function of patients using artificial intelligence speech signal acquisition and recognition methods,while the control group evaluated the cognitive function of patients using the mini mental state examination(MMSE).The screening time,positive prediction rate,and severity grading accuracy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The evaluation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the positive prediction rate and severity grading accuracy were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial intelligence speech signal acquisition and recognition method can improve the clinical screening efficiency of AD patients,and is an effective and practical AD evaluation method.
