团体心理干预配合多媒体教育在精神科无抽搐电休克治疗患者中的应用效果

Application effect of group psychological intervention combined with multimedia education in patients undergoing modified electroconvulsive therapy in psychiatry department

摘要 目的观察精神科进行无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)患者应用团体心理干预配合多媒体教育的护理效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月上饶市第三人民医院精神科接受MECT治疗患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和常规组,每组30例。常规组应用常规护理,联合组采用团体心理干预配合多媒体教育,比较两组患者的MECT治疗依从性和有效率,干预前后的焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)状况及生活质量评分。结果联合组的MECT治疗依从性评分、总有效率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后SAS和SDS评分均低于本组干预前,且联合组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后功能领域评分高于本组干预前,且联合组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后两组患者症状领域评分低于本组干预前,且联合组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科MECT治疗患者应用团体心理干预配合多媒体教育可有效提高精神科患者MECT治疗依从性及效果,缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,并改善生活质量。 Objective To observe the nursing effect of group psychological intervention combined with multimedia education in patients undergoing modified electro-convulsive therapy(MECT)in psychiatric department.Methods A total of 60 patients receiving MECT treatment in the Department of Psychiatry,Shangrao Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into combined group and routine group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,while the combination group received group psychological intervention combined with multimedia education.The compliance and response rate of MECT,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores and quality of life scores before and after intervention were observed.Results The compliance score and total response rate of MECT in the combined group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in two groups after intervention were lower than before intervention,and the combined group was lower than those of the routine group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The functional field score after intervention in the two groups was higher than that of before intervention,and the score of the combined group was higher than that of the routine group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The symptom field score after intervention was lower than that before intervention,and the scores of combined group was lower than that of the routine group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group psychological intervention combined with multimedia education can effectively improve the compliance and effect of MECT treatment in psychiatric patients,alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the quality of life.
