浅析朱丹溪辨治痰证的思想特色

Analysis on ZHU Danxi's Thought Characteristics of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Phlegm Syndrome

论痰治痰是朱丹溪学术思想体系的重要分支。朱丹溪认为痰证的发病与脾虚失运、肝气郁结及痰湿体质等关系密切。痰证发病特点为痰随气行、痰挟六淫、痰瘀互结、虚实夹杂等。临床诊疗特色为以健脾、顺气为法,灵活运用下法、吐法;善用二陈汤加减;善于审位分经;善于审因分型;注重标本缓急。丹溪认为痰证只要治疗及时,用药精准,一般预后尚可,若与气郁、瘀血及癌毒等病理因素杂合,则预后较差。现代医家临床运用二陈汤治疗多种复杂疾病取得满意疗效。其治痰理论和经验对临床诊疗疾病具有重要的指导价值,有待于进一步研究和挖掘。

Discussing and treating phlegm is an important branch of ZHU Danxi's academic thought system.ZHU Danxi believes that the pathogenesis of phlegm syndrome is closely related to spleen deficiency,stagnation of liver Qi and phlegm-dampness constitution.The pathogenesis of phlegm syndrome is characterized by phlegm moving with Qi,phlegm coexisting with six evils,phlegm and blood stasis intermingling and mixed deficiency and excess.The characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatment are to invigorate spleen and smooth Qi,flexibly use the descending method and the vomiting method,make good use of the addition and subtraction of Erchen Decoction(二陈汤加减).Danxi believes that as long as the phlegm syndrome is treated in a timely manner and the medication is precise,the prognosis is generally acceptable.Modern physicians clinically use Erchen Decoction to treat a variety of complex diseases and achieve satisfactory results.The theory and experience of treating phlegm have important guiding value for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases,which need to be further studied and excavated.
