摘要 心肺运动试验(cardiopulmonary exercise test,CPET)在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的诊断和预后中的作用已成为国内外研究的热点,其通过对运动中气体交换的分析,可全面、客观地评价患者的心肺功能。中医的“肺朝百脉”理论包括“肺辅心行血”,是对气血关系和心肺关系的高度概括。因此运用中医相关理论审视心肺运动试验在冠心病中的应用,对深化中医理论在临床中的应用及指导冠心病的防治具有重要意义。 The role of cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET)in the diagnosis and prognosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)has become a hot research topic at home and abroad.Through the analysis of gas exchange during exercise,it can comprehensively and objectively evaluate the cardiopulmonary function of patients.The theory of“all vessels converging in lung”in traditional Chinese medicine includes“lung assisting heart to move blood”,which is a high-level generalization of the relationship between Qi and blood and the relationship between heart and lung.Therefore,it is of great significance to use the relevant theories of traditional Chinese medicine to examine the application of cardiopulmonary exercise test in coronary heart disease,which is of great significance for deepening the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine theory and guiding the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
