健脾益气温阳方联合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒对血糖、pH值恢复时间及T-AOC、T-SOD的影响

Effect of Jianpi Yiqi Wenyang Decoction(健脾益气温阳方)Combined with Insulin Pump on Blood Glucose,pH Value Recovery Time,T-AOC and T-SOD in Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的探讨健脾益气温阳方联合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)对血糖、pH值恢复时间及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的影响。方法选取衡水市中医医院2020年6月—2021年12月收治的60例DKA患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予胰岛素泵治疗,观察组在上述基础联合健脾益气温阳方治疗,连续治疗3 d,比较两组患者中医证候积分、血糖及pH值恢复时间,以及T-AOC、T-SOD、炎症因子水平。结果治疗前,两组患者恶心呕吐、口干、胸闷气促、舌紫黯症状积分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者上述症状积分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察者组血糖、pH值恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血清T-AOC、T-SOD、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者血清T-AOC、T-SOD均升高,炎症因子水平均下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益气温阳方联合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进血糖、pH值恢复,提高T-AOC、T-SOD水平,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yiqi Wenyang Decoction(健脾益气温阳方)combined with insulin pump in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA),and the influence on blood glucose,pH value recovery time,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD).Methods A total of 60 patients with DKA admitted to Hengshui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by random number table method.Patients in control group were treated with insulin pump,and those in observation group were treated with Jianpi Yiqi Wenyang Decoction on this basis.Both groups were given 3 days of treatment.TCM syndrome scores,the recovery time of blood glucose and pH value,the levels of T-AOC,T-SOD and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of nausea and vomiting,dry mouth,chest tightness and shortness of breath,and dark purple tongue were reduced in the two groups,and the scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of blood glucose and pH value in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum T-AOC and T-SOD were increased,while the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were reduced in the two groups.These indicators in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Wenyang Decoction combined with insulin pump for treating DKA can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of blood glucose and pH value,increase the levels of T-AOC and T-SOD,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
