Children acute milk moth is a common disease in clinic. It refers to a disease caused by the throat nucleus of children due to the influence of wind-heat toxin. The main clinical manifestations of the disease are fever and the throat nucleus is swollen and painful, like a milk moth or a silkworm moth.Western medicine mainly attributes the disease to acute tonsillitis, while the incidence rate of children in spring and autumn is high, and the incidence rate of the disease is rising year by year, which has a great impact on children and serious harm.Timely clinical treatment is required.Traditional Chinese medicine categorizes infantile acute milk moth into three types based on the syndrome types, including wind-heat invasion of the throat,wind-cold invasion of the throat and heat toxin attack of the throat.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good clinical results in treating infantile acute milk moth and is worthy of further exploration. In recent years, multiple studies have pointed out a close relationship between the incidence of acute milk moth in children and lung and intestines. This study combines traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern research to explore the clinical significance of lung and intestines theory in the diagnosis and treatment of acute milk moth in children,in order to explore effective and safe treatment methods for acute milk moth, provide clinical treatment basis and promote the improvement of the children.
