心通口服液联合尼可地尔在不稳定型心绞痛患者治疗中的效果观察

Effect of Xintong Oral Liquid(心通口服液)Combined with Nicorandil in Treatment of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的观察心通口服液联合尼可地尔在不稳定型心绞痛患者治疗中的效果。方法将2020年10月—2021年5月该院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者90例随机分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组。两组均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用尼可地尔进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用心通口服液进行治疗,两组均治疗3个月。统计两组治疗3个月后的疗效,比较两组治疗前和治疗3个月后血管内皮功能、脂代谢指标、凝血功能及临床症状改善情况。结果对照组治疗3个月后总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组血清一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、6-酮前列素F1a(6-keto-PGF1a)水平高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)水平、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平及24 h心肌缺血发作次、缺血总负荷低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)长于治疗前,且长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组心肌缺血持续时间缩短,观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心通口服液联合尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者,可有效改善患者机体血管内皮功能、脂代谢情况、凝血功能及临床症状,具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of Xintong Oral Liquid(心通口服液)combined with nicorandil in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 90 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases)by random number table method.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with nicorandil,and the observation group was treated with Xintong Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The curative effect of the two groups after 3 months of treatment was counted,and the improvement of vascular endothelial function,lipid metabolism index,coagulation function and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate in the control group was lower than that in the observation group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and 6-keto-prost F1a(6-KEto-PGF1A)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),plasma fibrinogen(FIB),24 h myocardial ischemia attacks and total ischemic load in both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the partial thrombin time(APTT)in the observation group was longer than that before treatment and that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the duration of myocardial ischemia in both groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xintong Oral Liquid combined with nicorandil can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function,lipid metabolism,coagulation function and clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris,and has a better therapeutic effect.
