幽门螺杆菌(Helicobactor pylori,Hp)感染性慢性胃炎是一种常见的消化系统疾病,随着Hp感染率的逐年升高,与抗生素耐药问题的出现,寻求新的治疗方案亟待解决。通过对近年来文献资料的整理学习,探讨了现代医学与中医对Hp感染性慢性胃炎病因病机的认识,归纳了现代医学、中医学和中西医结合治疗Hp感染性慢性胃炎的利弊,分析中西医结合治疗此病的优势,为该病的治疗与整体评估提供更佳选择,以供借鉴。

Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-infected chronic gastritis is a common disease of digestive system.With the increasing of Hp infection rate year by year and the emergence of antibiotic resistance,it is urgent to seek new treatment.Through the literature study in recent years,it discussed the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of Hp-infected chronic gastritis in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,summarized the similarities and differences of the modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the Hp-infected chronic gastritis and analyzed the advantage of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease,providing better options for the treatment and overall evaluation of this disease in order to learn from each other.
