眼针干预脑缺血再灌注损伤的分子机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脑缺血再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,CIRI)是中风后最主要的病理过程,有效防治CIRI是临床上治疗缺血性中风的重点以及难点,也是影响中风病预后的关键。因此有效的预防CIRI也是我们目前工作的重点。眼针疗法在防治中风病方面有着显著的疗效和丰富的经验。近年来学者针对眼针的作用机制及治疗靶点进行了广泛深入的研究,发现眼针可干预CIRI发生后的一系列病理变化过程。该文通过对近年来眼针干预脑缺血再灌注损伤的分子机制研究进行梳理,总结出其通过“抗氧化应激损伤”“抗炎症反应”“抗细胞焦亡”及“抗细胞凋亡”等多个途径减轻脑缺损再灌注损伤,并具有多层次,多途径,多靶点的生物学特征。以期为明确眼针CIRI作用机制及重要靶点提供参考,为眼针治疗中风病后续深入研究和应用提供新思路。 Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury(CIRI)is the most important pathological process after stroke.Effective prevention and treatment of CIRI is the key and difficult point in the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke,and it is also the key to affecting the prognosis of stroke.Therefore,the effective prevention of CIRI is also the focus of the current work.Eye acupuncture therapy has significant curative effect and rich experience in preventing and treating stroke.In recent years,scholars have conducted extensive and in-depth research on the mechanism of action and therapeutic targets of eye acupuncture,and have found that eye acupuncture can interfere with a series of pathological changes after the occurrence of CIRI.In this paper,the molecular mechanism of eye acupuncture intervention on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in recent years was reviewed,and it is concluded that it can protect against oxidative stress injury,anti-inflammatory response,anti-pyroptosis and anti-apoptosis.It can alleviate brain defect-reperfusion injury through multiple pathways such as“death”,and has the biological characteristics of multi-level,multi-pathway and multi-target.It is expected to provide a reference for clarifying the mechanism and important targets of eye acupuncture CIRI and provide new ideas for the follow-up in-depth research and application of eye acupuncture in the treatment of stroke.
