介绍虞坚尔教授治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临症经验。认为小儿腺样体肥大的病机为本虚标实,以阳虚气化无力为本,痰瘀阻络、邪毒浸润为标,治疗以“温阳消阴,祛瘀化痰,运脾补肾”,重用皂角刺贯穿始终,常用药对辛夷-白芷、防风-川芎等,并附验案1则。

It is to introduce Professor YU Jianer's clinical experience in treating adenoid hypertrophy in children.It is believed that the pathogenesis of adenoid hypertrophy in children is based on deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,based on deficiency of Yang and weakening of Qi,and phlegm and blood stasis blocking the collaterals and infiltration of evil toxins as indicators.The treatment is to“warm Yang and eliminate Yin,remove blood stasis and resolve phlegm,activate spleen and invigorate kidney.Zaojiaoci is used throughout the whole process,and the commonly used drug pairs include Xinyi(Magnoliae Flos)-Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix),Fangfeng(Saposhnikoviae Radix)-Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),etc.One case of inspection was attached.
