任督二脉与胃食管反流病伴抑郁症的相关性分析

Research Progress on Correlation between Ren and Du Meridians and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Depression

基于任督脉二脉治疗胃食管反流病伴抑郁症临床疗效明显,就其病机而言,任脉为“阴脉之海”,而督脉为“阳脉之海”,二者均可贯脊,并统领人体阴经与阳经气血,为人体阴阳之本,可调理脾胃经气,调中焦之升降,濡养脑窍,以治疗胃食管反流病伴抑郁症;结合现代学认识,任督二脉“贯脊”,为脊柱的体表投影,并与脊髓神经在深部紧密相连,以神经冲动方式调节大脑高级中枢,调衡副交感与交感神经,恢复对消化系统机能的调节。近年来,从任督二脉角度入手治疗消化系合并神志疾病等身心共病上日见成效,因此,探索任督二脉与胃食管反流病伴抑郁的内在相关性的机制。

Based on the clinical effect of Ren and Du meridians in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with depression.In terms of its pathogenesis,Ren meridian is“the sea of Yin meridians”and Du pulse is“the sea of Yang meridians”.Both can run through the spine and command the Qi and blood of Yin and Yang meridians.They are the foundation of Yin and Yang.They regulate the Qi of spleen and stomach,the rise and fall of middle Jiao and nourish the brain orifices to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease with depression.Combine with modern knowledge,Ren and Du meridians run“pass through the spine”,which are the body surface projection of the spine and are closely connected with the spinal cord nerve in the deep.They regulate the brain's advanced center in the form of nerve impulse,balance the parasympathetic and sympathetic nerves and restore the regulation of digestive system function.In recent years,from the perspective of Ren and Du meridians,it has achieved increasing results in the treatment of digestive system combined with mental diseases.Therefore,we should explore the mechanism of the internal correlation between Ren and Du meridians and gastroesophageal reflux disease with depression.
