农业文化遗产如何推进农村一二三产业融合发展?——基于共生系统说的贵州从江占里侗寨案例探索

HOW FARMING CULTURAL HERITAGE PROMOTES THE INDUSTRIAL CONVERGENCE IN RURAL AREAS:A Case Study of Zhanli Dong Village in Congjiang,Guizhou Based on Symbiotic System Theory

农村地区一二三产业融合发展是持续推进乡村振兴、坚持农业农村优先发展的关键性举措之一。农业文化遗产是我国农耕文明的活化载体,对推进农村一二三产业融合发展具有促进作用。农村产业融合发展主要聚焦于产业生命说和社会治理说,前者注重产业生态化治理实现与自然系统的和谐共处;后者提倡多主体、多部门协作实现经济有序发展。本文综合以上两大学说的优势与不足,提出共生系统说,结合共生理论构建本文理论分析框架,选取贵州从江占里侗寨进行案例验证,共同促进了农业文化遗产的创造性转化与创新性发展,为充分盘活农村闲置资源、推动一二三产业融合提供了内生发展动力。

Rural integration of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries is a crucial step in advancing rural revitalization and prioritizing agricultural and rural development.Farming cultural heritage serves as a vital medium of China's farming civilization,playing an important role in promoting the integration of these industries.The development of rural industry integration focuses primarily on the perspectives of industrial life and social governance.The former emphasizes the ecological governance of industries to achieve harmonious existence with the nature,while the latter advocates for multi-subject and multi-departmental collaboration to realize sound economic development.Integrating the strengths and weaknesses of these two perspectives,this paper proposes the theory of symbiotic systems and constructs a theoretical analytical framework based on symbiosis theory.By studying the case of Zhanli Dong village in Congjiang,Guizhou,these findings contribute to the creative transformation and innovative development of farming cultural heritage,providing internal momentum for activating potential rural resources and promoting the integration of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.
