信息化耗材管理在综合医院医院感染防控中的应用实践及其效果

Application value of information-based consumables management in hospital infection prevention and control of a general hospital

目的 观察信息化耗材管理对医院感染防控的应用价值。方法 采用比较分析法,解放军总医院第六医学中心于2020年3月开始实施信息化耗材管理,其中2019年1月-2020年2月采用普通耗材管理的手术室相关耗材及相关患者作为常规组,将2020年3月-2021年4月采用信息化耗材管理的手术室相关耗材及相关患者作为信息组,比较两组耗材的审核时间、发放错误事件发生率、耗材库阶段感染及医院内感染发生率。结果 信息组耗材的审核完成时间较常规组有所缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);信息组耗材的耗材发放错误事件发生率、耗材库阶段感染率均为0.08%(1/1 305)较常规组有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);信息组较常规组的医院感染率有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 信息化耗材管理能够缩短耗材审核时间,降低耗材发放错误事件、耗材库阶段的感染及院内感染发生风险,对控制医院感染具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE To observe the application value of information-based consumables management in hospital infection prevention and control.METHODS Using comparative analysis method,the Sixth Medical Center,PLA General Hospital began to implement information-based consumables management was carried out in the Sixth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from Mar 2020.The operating room related consumables and related patients managed by ordinary consumables from Jan 2019 to Feb 2020 were set as the routine group,and the operating room related consumables and related patients managed by information consumables from Mar 2020 to Apr 2021 were set as the information group.The audit time,incidence of distribution error events,incidence of consumables infection in the depot storage and nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The audit time in the information group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of error events and infection rate of consumables was 0.08%(1/1305),which was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The nosocomial infection rate in the information group was lower when compared with the conventional group,and the differences between them was significant(P<O.05).CONCLUSION Information-based consumables management can shorten the audit time of consumables,reduce the risk for consumables distribution errors,consumables database stage infection and nosocomial infection,which is of great significance to the control of hospital infection.
