某三甲医院超声诊断仪微生物污染现况调查 被引量:1

Investigation on microbial contamination of ultrasound apparatus in a tertiary first-class hospital

摘要 目的 调查超声诊断仪微生物污染现状,评价现行防控超声检查相关的医院感染措施的效果。方法 分别采集某大型三甲医院不同科室使用中的超声诊断仪的探头、周边和耦合剂样品,通过细菌培养法检测其微生物污染现状,并对现行感控措施进行评价。结果 采集4个科室共182个超声探头、157处探头周边、72支使用中耦合剂,总共1 740份样品,整体合格率97.2%;合格率最低的科室为超声影像科(95.4%),不同科室之间差异无统计学意义;合格率最低的探头为腹部探头(96.6%),低危险度探头(97.4%)和中危险度探头(100.0%)之间的差异无统计学意义;探头周边合格率94.9%,使用中耦合剂合格率100.0%,不同来源标本之间的差异无统计学意义;共检出16种46株细菌,常规病原性细菌和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、耐碳青霉烯类鲍氏不动杆菌(CRAB)、耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKPN)均未检出。结论 超声诊断仪微生物污染现状达到医院感染预防控制的要求,现行相关管控措施能较好地控制因超声检查引起的院内感染。 OBJECTIVE To investigate microbial contamination of ultrasound apparatus,so that to evaluate existing strategies for prevention and control of nosocomial infection associated with ultrasound scan.METHODS Samples were collected from probes,peripheral attachments and coupling agents of ultrasound apparatus in a large tertiary first-class hospital in Hubei Province.Bacteria were counted and identified after culture to evaluate current control strategies.RESULTS A total of 1740 samples were collected from 182 ultrasound probes,157 peripheral attachments and 72 coupling agents in four departments.The overall qualified rate was 97.2%.The department with the lowest qualified rate is the medical ultrasound imaging department(95.4%)and there was no significant among different departments.The probe with the lowest qualified rate was the abdominal probe(96.6%).There was no significant differences in the qualified rate between low-risk(97.4%)and moderate-risk probes(100.0%).The qualified rate of peripheral attachments was 94.9%;the qualified rate of coupling agents was 100.0%,and there was no significant differences among samples from different locations.A total of 46 strains of bacteria from 16 species were identified,conventional pathogenic bacteria,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),carbapenem resistant Acinetobacter baumanni(CRAB)and carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRK-PN)were isolated.CONCLUSION The current situation of microbial contamination of ultrasound diagnostic apparatus meets the requirements of hospital infection prevention and control,and the current relevant control measures can better control the nosocomial infection caused by ultrasound examination.
