四螺旋理论视角下行业特色型高校大学生创新培养与实现路径研究

随着创新要素在国民经济中地位愈加重要,学校创新创业能力、产学研融合问题更受关注。本文以行业特色型高校为对象,在四螺旋理论视角下对大学生创新能力结构与培养路径开展研究。研究指出行业特色型高校大学生创新能力培养存在的问题,并从政府、企业、大学、公民社会四主体分析大学生创新能力培养模式,进一步从创新意识、创新思维、创新知识、创新实践提出大学生创新能力培养成长路径。

With the increasing importance of innovation elements in the national economy,the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of schools and the integration of industry,academia and research have attracted more attention.This paper takes industry-oriented colleges and universities as the target,and carries out research on the structure and cultivation path of college students'innovation ability under the perspective of the four-helix theory.The study points out the problems existing in the cultivation of college students'innovation ability in industry-oriented colleges and universities,and analyzes the cultivation mode of college students'innovation ability from four main bodies:government,enterprise,university and civil society,and further puts forward the growth path of college students'innovation ability cultivation in terms of innovation consciousness,innovation thinking,innovation knowledge and innovation practice.
