Study on the Doctor-Patient Relationship in the New Era from The Change Trend and Practice Path

构建新时代医患关系是完善新时代国家健康治理体系和提升新时代国家治理能力的重要组成部分。伴随人类社会发展,医患关系经历了经验医学“神——人”关系、近代实验医学“人——人”关系以及现代医学“机——人”关系三大阶段;新时代医患关系的变化趋向是技术关系的“趋技术化”和非技术关系的“交互主体化”;新时代医患关系实践路径即微观层面医患交往从意识到行为的系统转型,中观层面加强医院文化建设、提升医院人文精神以及宏观层面重建社会心态秩序、深化医疗卫生服务体系改革。

To reshape the doctor-patient relationship is an important part of improving the national health governance sys⁃tem and enhancing the national governance capacity in the New Era.Accompanied by the social development,the doctor-patient relationship has evolved by three stages,which are empiricism,experimental medicine and modern medicine.In the New Era,the change trend of doctor-patient relationship is towards to technicalization in technical relations,and interactive subjectification in non-technical relations.Furthermore,the practice path of doctor-patient relationship in the New Era is to have a systematic transformation from mentality to behavior at the micro level,to carry out hospital cultural construction centered around humanistic spirit at the meso level.It is necessary to rebuild the order of social mentality and deepen the reform of health care system at the macro level.
