Study on the Dilemmas,Value and Pathways of Integrating Red-Doctor Spirit into the Practice Education System of Medical Students Based on the Practical Reflection in Chengdu Medical College

红医精神是中国共产党建党精神在医学领域的具体体现,是中国共产党珍贵的医学教育资源,具有强烈的引领性、启发性和渗透力、感染力,将其融入医学生实践育人体系,可以有效纾解当前医学院校实践育人内涵挖掘不够、价值取向偏失、创新特色欠佳等难题。成都医学院发挥自身传统优势,积极探索以“红色+资源”为载体、以“红色+文化”为核心、以“红色+专业”为支撑的红医精神实践育人新路径,勠力擦亮医学教育的鲜红底色,致力于为党和国家输送更多政治可靠、情怀深厚、医德高尚的优秀医学人才。

Red-doctor Spirit is the concrete embodiment of the founding spirit of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in medical field and the CPC precious resources for medical education,with the guiding,enlightening,penetrating and appealing prop⁃erties,and its integration into medical students’practical education system is helpful to solve the current dilemmas of the practical education in medical colleges,such as insufficient insights into the connotations of practical education,deviated value orientation and deficient innovation characteristics.Chengdu Medical College gives full play to its traditional advantages and actively explores a new path of the Red-doctor Spirit practical education by integrating Red-doctor Spirit into its resources as the carrier,its culture as the core and its majors as the pillar for the purpose of passing on the Red-doctor Spirit and committing itself to cultivate more outstanding medical talents with political reliability,profound emotions and noble medical ethics for CPC and China.
