健康照护学生心理健康素养量表的调适及信效度研究

摘要 目的对台湾地区繁体版健康照护学生心理健康素养量表进行调适,并进行信效度检验。方法对量表进行调适,经专家评议、预试验后形成正式调查问卷。采用便利抽样的方法,将调适后的简体版量表在河南省某三级甲等医院353名护理实习生中进行问卷调查,以检验量表的信效度。结果探索性因子分析共提取出5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为69.118%;验证性因子的拟合指标为χ^(2)/df=1.885,CFI=0.915,TLI=0.904,RMSEA=0.067,SRMR=0.075。简体版量表内部一致性Cronbach’sα系数为0.814,重测信度为0.901。结论简体版健康照护学生心理健康素养量表具有良好的信效度,可以作为评估健康照护学生心理健康素养的特有工具。 Objective To adjust Taiwan region unsimplified version of the Mental Health Literacy Scale for Healthcare Students(MHLS-HS)and test its reliability and validity.Methods The MHLS-HS was adjusted and formal questionnaire shaped after specialist appraisal and preliminary test.According to convenience sampling questionnaires were conducted using adjusted MHLS-HS in 353 nursing interns of a tertiary class A hospital in Henan province so as to test its reliability and validity.Results A total of five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and cumulative variance contribution rate was 69.118%;fit indexes of the confirmatory factor analysis wereχ^(2)/df=1.885,CFI=0.915,TLI=0.904,RMSEA=0.067,SRMR=0.075.Internal consistency Cronbach's coefficient of the simplified MHLS-HS was 0.814 and test-retest reliability 0.901.Conclusion The simplified MHLS-HS has good reliability and validity and could be used as a unique tool to assess the mental health literacy of healthcare students.
