重症肌无力患儿社交障碍状况及影响因素分析

Status of social anxiety disorder and influencing factors in myasthenia gravis children

目的探讨重症肌无力患儿社交障碍状况及影响因素。方法对62例重症肌无力患儿(观察组)和62名健康儿童(对照组)采用儿童社交焦虑量表评定社交障碍情况,并对两组被试的监护人采用焦虑自评量表评定焦虑抑郁情绪。比较两组被试一般资料及上述量表评分,采用非条件Logistic回归分析探讨重症肌无力患儿社交障碍的影响因素。结果观察组患者儿童社交焦虑量表评分高于对照组,监护人焦虑自评量表评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄和父母焦虑状态是重症肌无力患儿社交障碍的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论重症肌无力患儿存在一定程度的社交障碍,其影响因素涉及患儿年龄、监护人焦虑情绪,临床应从多方面入手改善其社交障碍状况,提高其心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the status of social anxiety disorder(SAD)and influencing factors in myasthenia gravis(MG)children.Methods Conditions of social disorders were assessed using the Social Anxiety Scale for Children(SASC)in 62 MG(observation group)and 62 healthy children(control group)and guardians'anxious-depressive emotions of both groups done using Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).General information and scores on the two scales were compared between two groups and influencing factors of the SAD in MG children explored using unconditional Logistic regression analysis.Results Children's scores on the SASC and guardians'on the SAS were significantly higher in observation than control group and differences statistically significant(P<0.01).Logisitic regression analysis showed that ages and parental anxiety states were influencing factors of children social anxiety disorders(P<0.05).Conclusion MG children have some degree of social difficulties,influencing factors include children's ages and anxious emotions of guardians,their social difficulties should be improved from many aspects in clinic to raise mental health levels.
