基于CiteSpace医院信息化建设的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Hospital Information Construction Based on CiteSpace

目的采用CiteSpace分析方法探讨现阶段我国医院信息化建设研究领域的研究现状、研究热点及趋势,以期为大力发展医院信息化建设研究提供方法和思路。方法以万方数据库为数据源,以“医院”为主题,“信息化建设”为关键词,检索2000年1月-2022年3月关于医院信息化建设的相关文献,运用CiteSpace5.8R3软件对总体发文量、出版来源、作者共现、关键词共现进行分析。结果共得到可用文献13695篇,2000-2014年医院信息化建设相关的发文量呈稳步上升的趋势,2014年达到了顶峰,2016年的发文量位居第2。我国医院信息化建设领域的研究主要发文期刊排名前3的有《中国数字医学》《医学信息》《中国信息界(e医疗)》。医院信息化建设研究领域中活跃的作者主要有李才华、刘华、冉庆欣、黄昊、陈金雄、余元龙、李刚。高频关键词主要包括医院、信息化、医院管理、管理、档案管理、建设、电子病历等,通过分析高频主题词的聚类分析结果得出9个聚类。结论医院信息化建设应从整体规划、人才培养、统一标准、相关政策、信息安全方面采取相应的措施来促进我国医院信息化建设领域的发展。

Objective To explore the current research status,research hotspots and trends of hospital information construction in China by using CiteSpace analysis method,so as to provide methods and ideas for vigorously developing hospital information construction research.Methods Taking Wanfang database as the data source,"hospital"as the theme,and"information construction"as the key word,this paper retrieved the relevant literature on hospital information construction from January 2000 to March 2022,and used CiteSpace5.8R3 software to analyze the total number of publications,publishing sources,author co-occurrence,and keyword co-occurrence.Results A total of 13695 available literatures were obtained.The number of publications related to hospital information construction showed a steady upward trend from 2000 to 2014,peaked in 2014,and ranked second in 2016.The top three journals in the field of hospital information construction in China were China Digital Medicine,Journal of Medical Information and Information China(e-Healthcare).LI Cai-hua,LIU Hua,RAN Qing-xin,HUANG Hao,CHEN Jin-xiong,YU Yuan-long and LI Gang were the main active authors in the research field of hospital information construction.High-frequency keywords mainly included hospitals,informatization,hospital management,management,file management,construction,electronic medical records,etc.,and 9 clusters were obtained by analyzing the cluster analysis results of high-frequency keywords.Conclusion The corresponding measures should be taken from the five aspects of overall planning,personnel training,unified standard,related policies and information security to promote the development of hospital information construction.
