基于5G-R的铁路物联网固定终端连接管理平台方案

摘要 5G-R系统是铁路下一代数字宽带移动通信系统,在民用5G系统的基础上针对中国铁路应用场景定制化开发。在高带宽、大连接、低时延的标准特性上,增加了集群通信、智能呼叫、位置管理等铁路特定功能。为适应智能铁路物联网需求发展,面向铁路沿线5G-R网络覆盖,针对铁路物联网数据回传与行车业务数据共网回传的需要,在5G-R体系中提出连接管理平台功能实体。连接管理平台用于管理铁路物联网中进行基础设备设施监测检测的地面固定终端,通过协调数据发送计划,平衡无线网络话务量,实现对无线资源的统一调度,在保障行车数据传送的基础上实现铁路基础设备设施监测检测系统数据有序回传。针对铁路基础设备设施监测检测系统固定终端的业务需求,对连接管理平台的系统架构、功能组成、运维管理提出细化方案。 The 5G-R mobile communication system is the next generation digital broadband mobile communication system for railway application,which has been customized and developed for China railway application scenarios based on the 5G civil system.In addition to the standard features of high bandwidth,large connectivity,and low latency,railway specific functions such as cluster communication,intelligent calling,and location management have been added.In order to adapt to the development of intelligent railway IoT requirements and meet the needs of 5G-R network coverage along the railway,a connection management platform functional entity has been proposed in the 5G-R system to meet the needs of railway IoT data transmission and train operation business data shared network transmission.The connection management platform is used to manage the ground fixed terminals of the infrastructure monitoring and detection system in the railway Internet of Things.By coordinating data transmission plans,balancing wireless network traffic,achieving unified scheduling of wireless resources,and ensuring the orderly transmission of railway infrastructure monitoring and detection system data while ensuring the transmission of train operation data.A detailed technical plan is proposed for the system architecture,functional composition,and operation and maintenance management of the connection management platform based on the business requirements of the fixed terminal of the railway infrastructure monitoring and detection system.
