摘要
目的应用生物信息学分析N7-甲基鸟苷(m7G)相关基因对肺腺癌(LUAD)的诊断和预后价值,探究治疗LUAD新的分子靶点。方法基于癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库中的LUAD数据集,使用R软件运用LASSO回归与Cox回归进行模型的构建与检验,并进行差异基因功能分析及免疫细胞浸润和药物敏感性分析。结果成功构建15个m7G相关基因的LUAD预后模型,且风险评分可作为独立预测因子;功能相关性分析表明,模型核心基因细胞免疫和药物敏感性密切相关。结论本次研究成功建立m7G相关的LUAD预后模型,对LUAD的预后和免疫相关以及药物敏感性的研究具有一定提示作用。
Objective This study aims to utilize bioinformatics to analyze the diagnostic and prognostic significance of N7 methylguanosine(m7G)related genes in lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD),with the goal of identifying potential molecular targets for LUAD treatment.Methods Based on LUAD data from the Cancer Genome Map(TCGA)database,the model was constructed and tested using LASSO regression and Cox regression.The differential gene functional analysis analysis,immune cell infiltration and drug sensitivity analysis were performed.Results We have successfully developed a prognosis model consisting of 15 genes.The risk score obtained from this model can be used as an independent predictor.Our functional correlation analysis indicates that the core genes of the model are significantly associated with cellular immunity and drug sensitivity.Conclusion This study successfully established a prognostic model of m7G-related LUAD,which has a certain guiding and suggestive effect on the prognosis and immune-related and drug sensitivity research of LUAD.
