乡村振兴战略下青海农牧民合作社高质量发展研究——基于青海3个合作社的调查分析

Study on the High Quality Development of Qinghai Farmers and Herdsmen Cooperatives under the Rural Revitalization Strategies--Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Three Cooperatives in Qinghai

发展壮大合作社经济,是助推乡村振兴的关键路径和迈向共同富裕的重要举措,农牧民合作社高质量发展既是青海地区实现乡村振兴的必然要求,也是响应国家高质量发展战略的重要一环。文章通过对青海地区3个合作社的调查分析,发现合作社发展过程中存在专业技术人才不足、合作社未形成完整产业链、市场化有待提高、合作社农畜产品特色发掘不充分、尚未形成品牌效应等问题,需要加强人才队伍建设、拓展相关产业链、提升合作社市场运营能力、强化品牌建设、实现合作社特色化发展,以此助力青海乡村振兴,推动农牧业高质量发展,提升农业农村现代化水平。

Developing and strengthening the cooperative economy is a key path to boost rural revitalization and an important measure towards common prosperity.The high-quality development of farmers and herdsmen cooperatives is not only an inevitable requirement for rural revitalization in Qinghai,but also an important part in responding to the national high-quality development strategy.This paper investigated and analyzed three cooperatives in Qinghai Province found that problems existed in the development process of cooperatives,such as insufficient professional and technical personnel,incomplete industrial chain formation in cooperatives,marketization to be improved,insufficient exploration of cooperatives agricultural and livestock product characteristics,and lack of brand effect.Therefore,it was necessary to strengthen the construction of talent teams,expand relevant industrial chains,improve the market operation ability of cooperatives,strengthen brand construction,and realize the characteristic development of cooperatives,in order to to help revitalize rural areas in Qinghai,promote high-quality development of agriculture and animal husbandry,and promote agricultural and rural modernization.
