数字经济赋能乡村振兴的实证研究

Empirical Study on Digital Economy Empowering Rural Revitalization

数字经济是驱动乡村振兴的重要动力。文章基于2011—2020年30个省(区、市)面板数据,在构建数字经济和乡村振兴指标体系的基础上,采用双向固定效应模型、动态面板模型和空间杜宾模型,多维实证检验了数字经济对乡村振兴的影响及效应。研究表明:数字经济明显促进了乡村振兴发展,通过替换估计模型与广义矩估计等稳健性检验后,该结论仍然成立。异质性分析显示,数字经济对乡村振兴的促进作用强度由东到西呈递增趋势。基于空间杜宾模型研究发现,数字经济对邻边地区乡村振兴也具有正向影响,即存在空间溢出效应。应加强数字经济与农业农村融合,并实施差异化的数字经济发展战略。

Digital economy is an important driving force for rural revitalization.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from 2011 to 2020,and on the basis of building the index system of digital economy and rural revitalization,this paper used two-way fixed effect model,dynamic panel model and spatial Durbin model to empirically test the impact and effect of digital economy on rural revitalization.The research showed that digital economy significantly promoted the rural revitalization and development.This conclusion was still valid after robustness tests such as the replacement estimation model and generalized moment estimation method.Heterogeneity analysis showed that the promotion intensity of the digital economy on rural revitalization increased from east to west.Based on the spatial Durbin model research,digital economy also had positive impacts on rural revitalization in neighboring areas,which means spatial spillover effects existed.The integration of digital economy with agriculture and rural areas should be strengthened,and differentiated digital economy development strategies should be implemented.
