长江经济带农业科技与农业现代化的耦合协调发展研究

摘要 农业科技与农业现代化水平相协共进,对加快推进农业发展进程具有现实意义。本文以长江经济带为研究对象,采用基于熵值法的综合评价模型和耦合协调度模型分析其2016—2021年农业科技与农业现代化水平,并探析二者的耦合协调关系。结果表明:长江经济带农业科技与农业现代化水平整体不高,农业科技滞后发展特征稍显,且二者水平均具有提升趋势,总体上农业科技水平提升快于农业现代化水平;二者发展水平均满足“上游<中游<下游”的分布格局,且水平排名前两位省市(江苏、浙江)与末两位省市(重庆、贵州)也相同。农业科技与农业现代化总体处于高度耦合,其耦合协调度呈现稳定提升趋势,协调水平自初等协调跃升至中高协调,但距优质协调尚有差距,多数省市处于初等协调,未出现显著失调。据此,本文提出针对性政策建议。 The coordinated development and improvement of agricultural science and technology and agricultural modernization have practical significance for accelerating the process of agricultural development.This paper took the Yangtze River Economic Belt as research object,used comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model to analyze the level of agricultural science and technology and agricultural modernization from 2016 to 2021,and explored the coupling coordination relationship between the two.The results showed that the overall level of agricultural science and technology and agricultural modernization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was not high.The lag in agricultural technology development was slightly evident.Both levels had an upward trend.Overall,the level of agricultural science and technology improved faster than agricultural modernization.The development levels of both met the distribution pattern of“upstream<midstream<downstream”.The top two provinces and municipalities(Jiangsu,Zhejiang)and the bottom two provinces and municipalities(Chongqing,Guizhou)had the same level ranking as well.Agricultural science and technology and agricultural modernization were generally highly coupled.The coupling coordination degree showed a stable improvement trend.The coordination level jumped from primary coordination to medium and high coordination,with a gap from high-quality coordination though.Most provinces and cities were in primary coordination and had not experienced significant imbalances.Based on this,this paper proposed targeted policy recommendations.
