摘要
目的:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES),定量分析苹果中9种微量元素的含量。方法:用微波消解法分别处理几种苹果样品后,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定9种微量元素(Al,Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Pb,Zn)的含量。结果:相关系数r为0.9998~0.9999,检出限为0.00028~0.0031 mg/L,RSD1.01%~7.82%,加标回收率为89.6%~113.2%。结论:ICP-OES法简便快速准确,是同时测定苹果中9种微量元素含量的一种较好的方法。
Objective:Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was used to quantitatively analyze the contents of 9 Trace Elements in apples.Methods:After several apple samples were treated by microwave digestion,the contents of 9 trace elements(Al,Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Pb,Zn)were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Results:The linear correlation coefficients were within 0.9998~0.9999,the detection limit was 0.00028~0.0031 mg/L,The relative deviations ranged from1.01%to 7.82%,and the rate of recovery was 89.6%~113.2%.Conclusion:ICP-OES is a simple,rapid and accurate method for simultaneous determination of 9 Trace Elements in apples.
