天然气高盐泡排水消泡剂的室内评选

摘要 为筛选出适用于天然气高盐泡排水的消泡剂,实验从2个单因素(消泡剂种类、消泡剂添加量)出发,对9种消泡剂在不同状态(常温、热态、蒸馏)下的作用效果进行测试。通过泡沫高度、消泡率等指标对消泡剂进行评价,最终确定H消泡剂在0.5%的添加量时为本实验样品的可行性消泡剂。本研究对水处理技术与消泡剂结合使用在未来处理天然气高盐泡排水领域提供了一定的依据。 In order to screen out the defoamer suitable for natural gas high salt bubble drainage,the effects of 9 kinds of defoamer under different states(room temperature,hot state,distillation)were tested from two single factors(types of defoamer and amount of defoamer added).The defoamer was evaluated by the indexes of foam height and defoamer rate,and it was finally determined that the H defoamer was the feasible defoamer for this experiment sample when the addition amount of 0.5%.This study provides a certain basis for the use of water treatment technology and defoamer in the future treatment of high salt bubble drainage of natural gas.
