威西岩盐古镇矿区水平井技术应用与研究

Application and Research of Horizontal Well Technology in Weixi Rock Salt of Ancient Town Mining

威西岩盐古镇矿区盐卤开采中后期的主要问题为岩盐回采率低和病井多、卤水质量差。在该矿区实施水平井技术,可提高大腔的岩盐开采回采率。本文收集整理了古镇矿区水平井的应用情况,并且针对区内水平井在生产实践中出现的问题(如犍7井水平井堵塞),分析了岩盐水平井及犍7井堵塞的原因,提出了解决方法及整改措施,并进行了实验,取得了较好的效果,实现了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Weixi rock salt town main problem of middle and later periods of the brine mining for rock salt mining area brine wells,low recovery rate and disease of poor quality.Implementation of the horizontal well technology in the field and can improve the mining recovery rate of rock salt cavity.This article collects and analyses the ancient town of mining area,the application of the horizontal well,and in view of the problems arising from the horizontal well in production practice in the area(such as Jian 7 horizontal well jam),analyzes the horizontal wells in rock salt and Jian 7 well plugging reason,proposed solutions and corrective measures,and has carried on the experiment,achieved good effect,achieved good economic benefit and social benefit.
