摘要 随着我国盐业体制改革不断深入和国家食盐专营政策变化,导致小袋食盐销售市场竞争激烈,促使盐业批发企业的营销渠道从传统的代理批发向配送商和直批零售终端商渠道转型。为拓宽企业经营渠道,促进企业发展,本文以四川省盐业集团广安有限公司为例,探讨了小袋食盐销售终端渠道建设实践与问题及对策,希望可以为盐业批发企业开展零售终端建设工作,提供一些有益的参考。 Along with the reform of salt system in our country and national salt monopolizes the policy change,lead to a small bag of salt sales market competition is intense,prompting salt wholesale enterprise marketing channel from the traditional agent wholesale to distributors and channels of retail terminal business transformation.To widen the channel of the enterprise management,promote enterprise development,based on the Guang'an Co.,Ltd.of Sichuan Salt Industry Group as an example,this paper discusses the small bag of salt sales terminal channel construction practice and the problems and countermeasures,hope can work for salt wholesale enterprise to carry out the retail terminal construction,to provide some useful reference.
