Financial Function Logic of Financial Derivatives Market Promoting High Quality Development under New Development Concept

党的二十大报告要求,要完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,推动高质量发展。作为中国资本市场重要组成部分,党的十八大以来,中国金融衍生产品市场在“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”理念的指引下,充分发挥其应有的金融功能,服务中国实体经济高质量发展。本文认为,中国金融衍生产品市场在创新维度下丰富了产品体系,发挥金融风险管理功能;在协调维度上协同现货市场价格,履行价格发现功能;在绿色维度上促进经济绿色发展,完善绿色资本形成功能;在开放维度上竞争全球金融体系话语权,助推人民币国际化;在共享维度上维护国家金融安全,践行共同富裕发展理念。

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China requires that the new development concept should be fully,accurately and comprehensively implemented,a new development pattern should be constructed,and high-quality development should be promoted.As an important part of China's capital market,since the 18th CPC National Congress,China's financial derivatives market has given full play to its due financial functions and served the high-quality development of China's real economy under the guidance of the concept of“innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.”This paper argues that China's financial derivatives market has enriched the product system and played a financial risk management function under the innovation dimension;coordinate spot market prices in the coordination dimension to perform price discovery function;help green capital formation in the green dimension and promote green economic development;promote the internationalization of the RMB in the open dimension and serve the“Belt and Road”strategy;maintain national financial security in the sharing dimension and practice the concept of common prosperity and development.
