不同复配基肥对箭叶淫羊藿质量的影响

Effects of Different Compound Base Fertilizers on the Quality of Epimedium sagittatum

摘要 以箭叶淫羊藿为试材,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交实验设计、主成分分析等方法,研究了地衣芽孢杆菌(A)、腐植酸(B)、黄腐酸钾(C)、复合肥(D)复配施加后对箭叶淫羊藿质量的影响,探究不同种类及不同用量的基肥对箭叶淫羊藿成分含量的影响,运用Minitab 19对所得试验结果进行田口分析,得到各指标成分对基肥各因素水平的响应程度以及各因素水平对各指标成分的影响程度,以期筛选出最佳肥料配比,并为建设优质箭叶淫羊藿规范化种植基地提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,4种因素配合施用时箭叶淫羊藿中的处理5总黄酮含量最高,提高7.91%;处理4朝藿定A、朝藿定B含量分别提高21.43%、23.53%;处理6朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、总黄酮醇苷含量分别提高12.15%、14.80%、12.20%。采用A_(2)B_(2)C_(3)D_(2)因子水平联合配施,可使总黄酮含量显著提升;采用A_(2)B_(1)C_(2)D_(1)因子水平联合配施,可使朝藿定A、朝藿定B含量显著提升;采用A_(2)B_(3)C_(1)D_(2)因子水平联合配施,可使朝藿定C、总黄酮醇苷含量显著提升。综合正交实验、田口分析、主成分分析结果,得出提升箭叶淫羊藿品质最佳的肥料配比组合为处理6 A_(2)B_(3)C_(1)D_(2),即地衣芽孢杆菌270 mL·(667m^(2))-1+腐殖酸10 L·(667m^(2))-1+黄腐酸钾800 g·(667m^(2))-1+复合肥7.5 kg·(667m^(2))-1,处理6 A_(2)B_(3)C_(1)D_(2)可作为箭叶淫羊藿生长阶段基肥施肥方案。 Epimedium sagittatum were used as experimental materials,the effect of Bacillus licheniformis(A),humic acid(B),fulvic acid potassium(C)and compound fertilizer(D)on the quality of E.sagittatum was investigated by using L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal experimental design and principal component analysis,and the effect of different types and amounts of base fertilizer on the content of E.sagittatum components was investigated by using Minitab 19.The results were analyzed using Minitab 19 to obtain the response of each index component to each factor level of the fertilizer and the influence of each factor level on each index component,in order to screen the best fertilizer ratio and provide reference for the construction of a standardized planting base of highquality E.sagittatum.The results showed that compared with the control,the content of total flavonoids in treatment group 5 of E.sagittatum was the highest when the four factors were combined,which increased by 7.91%.The content of epimedin A and epimedin B in treatment group 4 increased by 21.43%and 23.53%respectively.In treatment group 6,the contents of epimedin C,Icariin and total flavonol glycosides increased by 12.15%,14.80%and 12.20%respectively.The total flavone content was significantly increased by the combination of A_(2)B_(2)C_(3)D_(2)factor levels;The content of epimedin A and epimedin B could be significantly increased by the combined application of A_(2)B_(1)C_(2)D_(1) factor level;Combined application of A_(2)B_(3)C_(1)D_(2)factor level could significantly increase the content of epimedin C and total flavonol glycosides.According to the results of orthogonal test,Taguchi analysis and principal component analysis,the best fertilizer combination to improve the quality of E.sagittatum was treatment group 6 A_(2)B_(3)C_(1)D_(2),Bacillus licheniformis 270 mL·(667m^(2))-1+humic acid 10 L·(667m^(2))-1+fulvic acid potassium 800 g·(667m^(2))-1+compound fertilizer 7.5 kg·(667m^(2))-1.Treatment group 6 A_(2)B_(3)C_(1)D_(2)could be used as the base fertilizer fertilization scheme for the growth stage of E.sagittatum.
