改革开放以来幼儿园安全管理政策的回顾与思考——基于NVivo12的质性分析

Review and reflection on the safety management policy of kindergartens in China since the reform and opening up--A qualitative analysis based on NVivo 12

幼儿园安全管理事关幼儿身心健康及其家庭幸福,是近年来家庭、学校、政府、社会和学界关注的焦点.现运用NVivo12软件对改革开放以来幼儿园安全管理的重要政策进行编码和分析,发现其存在以下特征和问题:幼儿园安全管理政策内容全面,但不配套;幼儿园安全工作制度健全,但不稳固;幼儿园安全管理环境完善,但不理想.在此基础上提出深化幼儿园安全管理政策的展望:物尽其用,驱动幼儿园安全管理政策质量;事尽其能,健全幼儿园安全管理考核体系;人尽其才,把握幼儿园安全管理实践方向.

The safety management of kindergartens is related to the physical and mental health of children and their family happiness,and has also been the focus of attention of families,school,government,society in recent years.Now by using NVivo 12 software to code and analyze the important policies of kindergarten safety management since the reform and opening up,it is found that there are the following characteristics and problems:kindergarten safety management policies are comprehensive but not coordinated;the safety work system of kindergartens is sound but not stable;the safety management environment of the kin-dergarten is perfect,but it is not ideal.On this basis,the prospect of deepening the safety management policy of kindergartens is proposed:making the best use of materials to drive the quality of safety management of kindergartens;Do our best to improve the kindergarten safety management assessment system;Do their best to grasp the practical direction of kindergarten safety management.
