时代诉求下的社会智库:定位、挑战与应对——基于供需关系的分析视角

Social Think Tanks under the Times Appeal:Positioning,Challenges and Responses-An Analysis Perspective Based on the Relationship Between Supply and Demand

[目的/意义]在时代诉求下,以社会智库作为研究对象,探讨社会智库与时代之间的互动关系,进而及时捕获社会智库的发展新动态,丰富智库研究成果,实现社会智库的长久发展,对于完善中国特色新型智库的体系结构、推动中国特色新型智库建设大有裨益。[方法/过程]从供需关系的视角出发,系统分析社会智库在应然层面上具有何种时代定位,探讨其在实然层面面临何种现实挑战,在实然与应然的强烈反差中,通过供需对接满足时代诉求,寻找到适合社会智库的发展之路。[结果/结论]作为供给端,社会智库既要有能力提供高质量的智力产品,还要保证智库产品真正符合时代所需。在回应时代诉求的过程中,社会智库担负着提供优质供给的巨大压力,面临着保持供给主体独立性、维持供给资源稳定性、确保供给内容准确性和实现供给方式灵活性四个方面的挑战,更需要从以上四点积极发力,实现供给和需求的完美对接,做到因时代诉求而生、随时代诉求而变、应时代诉求而强。

[Purpose/significance]Under the appeal of the times,this paper takes social think tanks as the research object,explores the interaction between social think tanks and the times,and then captures the new development of social think tanks in time,enriches the research results of think tanks,and realizes the long-term development of social think tanks,which is beneficial to improve the structure of new types of think tank with Chinese characteristics and promote its construction.[Method/process]From the perspective of the relationship between supply and demand,this paper systematically analyzes what kind of positioning social think tanks have and what kind of real-life challenges they face,so as to meet the demands of the times through matching supply and demand and find a suitable development path for it.[Result/conclusion]As the supply side,social think tanks should not only be able to provide high-quality think tank products,but also ensure that products really meet the needs of the times.In the process of responding to the times appeal,social think tanks are under great pressure to provide quality supply,and face the challenges of keeping the independence of the supply subjects,maintaining the stability of the supply resources,ensuring the accuracy of the supply content and realizing the flexibility of the supply method.Now,social think tanks need to make efforts from the above four points to achieve a perfect match between supply and demand,to born in the demands of the times,change in the process of responding to the demands of the times,and thus grow stronger.
