摘要
[目的/意义]舆论引导和传播是中国特色文化艺术智库的重要功能之一。该功能的强化不仅有利于提升智库自身的社会影响力,而且还关系着民众文化趣味、国家文化安全和文化软实力,是国家获取文化领导权和意识形态话语权的有效手段。[方法/过程]本文在文献分析的基础上,对文化艺术智库介入舆论引导与传播的合法性进行深入理论辨析,并对文化艺术智库在引导舆论中的功能、现存问题进行梳理。[结果/结论]文化艺术智库凭借自身专业性、权威性和科学性的优势,可在研究成果传播、传统文化精神阐释、文艺评论、文化审查与评价、公共文化外交等方面,发挥文化舆论引导和传播作用。当前,我国文化艺术智库的舆论引导和传播功能尚未健全,舆论引导意识较为薄弱,传播效果较差。为此,建议从传播主体、传播内容、传播受众、传播渠道、传播效果和国际传播等方面,系统性加强文化艺术智库的舆论引导与传播能力。
[Purpose/significance]Public opinion guidance and communication is one of the important functions of cultural and art think tanks with Chinese characteristics,and the strengthening of this function is not only conducive to enhancing the social influence of the think tanks themselves,but also related to the cultural interest of the people,national cultural security and cultural soft power,and is an effective means for the country to gain cultural leadership and ideological discourse.[Method/process]On the basis of literature analysis,this article conducts a thorough theoretical analysis of the legitimacy of cultural and artistic think tanks’involvement in public opinion guidance and dissemination,and sorts out the functions and existing problems of cultural and artistic think tanks in guiding public opinion.[Result/conclusion]With their own advantages of professionalism,authority and science,cultural and art think tanks can play a role in the communication of research results,interpretation of traditional cultural spirit,literary criticism,cultural review and evaluation,public cultural diplomacy and other aspects of cultural opinion guidance and communication.At present,the public opinion guidance and communication function of China’s cultural and art think tanks is not sound enough,the awareness of public opinion guidance is relatively weak,and the communication effect is poor.For this reason,the public opinion guidance and communication capabilities of cultural and art think tanks should be systematically strengthened in terms of communication subjects,communication contents,communication audiences,communication channels,communication effects and international communication.
