中国阿拉伯研究智库提升国际传播能力的问题与路径

The Challenges and Paths of Chinese Arab-Studies Think Tanks to Improve Their International Communication Capabilities

[目的/意义]习近平主席访问沙特并出席中阿、中海峰会,为中阿关系的发展带来新机遇,但双方仍面临美西方国家话语干扰、文化产品供给有限、传播精准度不高等问题。中国阿拉伯研究智库(以下简称“中国涉阿智库”)可在对阿讲好中国故事中发挥重要作用。本文旨在分析中国涉阿智库传播能力建设的不足,梳理改进路径,推动智库在对阿传播中发挥更大作用,为构建面向新时代的中阿命运共同体提供更多智力支持。[方法/过程]本文通过分析相关文献、调研国内具有代表性的涉阿智库,对涉阿智库的国际传播能力进行初步画像,从国际传播的主体、内容、平台建设等角度出发梳理不足,提出中国涉阿智库提升国际传播能力的具体路径。[结果/结论]研究发现,要提升国际传播能力,中国涉阿智库还需要形成有组织的国际化团队,推动品牌成果走进阿拉伯国家,搭建多元的国际媒体矩阵,提升对阿话语的针对性。

[Purpose/significance]President Xi Jinping’s visit to Saudi Arabia and attendance at the China-Arab and China-GCC summits brings new opportunities for the development of China-Arab relations,but the two sides are still facing the problems of discourse interference,limited supply of cultural products,and poor dissemination accuracy.Chinese Arab-Studies think tanks can play an important role in telling Chinese stories and spread Chinese voices well.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the Chinese Arab-Studies think tanks’international communication capabilities,find out their improvement paths,and promote them to play a greater role in communication with Arab countries,so as to provide more intellectual support to build a China-Arab Community with A Shared Future in the New Era.[Method/process]This paper makes a preliminary portrait of Chinese Arab-Studies think tanks’international communication capabilities by investigating their official websites and news released in relevant media,reading relevant research literature.And this paper sorts out the problems in subjects,contents and platforms faced by Chinese Arab-Studies think tanks in the communicating with Arab countries,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures accordingly.[Result/conclusion]This paper finds that in order to improve the international communication capabilities,the Chinese Arab-Studies think tanks need to build an organized international team,promote brand achievements into Arab countries,build a diverse international media matrix,and improve the pertinence of the communication discourse system for Arab countries.
