摘要
以新疆准东煤田4种典型煤为燃料,采用热重-质谱联用技术并结合脉冲热分析法,详细分析了煤中不同有机组分的热解特征以及主要气态产物(H_(2),CH_(4),CO_(2),CO,H_(2)O)的在线析出行为。结果表明:温度在400~430℃,4种准东煤的热解失重速率均达到最大值,这是因为煤中以芳香碳和脂肪碳为中心形成的C_(al)—C_(al),C_(al)—O,C_(al)—H,C_(ar)—C_(al),C_(ar)—O,C_(ar)—H含量相对较多。而C_(al)—C_(al)和C_(ar)—C_(al)键的断裂是热解过程中焦油的主要来源。这为新疆准东煤通过煤解热获得高附加值化学品提供了理论依据。另外,准东煤在热解过程中,气态产物(H_(2),CH_(4),CO_(2),CO)析出的峰值温度和变化规律基本一致,说明准东煤具有相似的结构。
Using four typical coals from the Zhundong Coalfield of Xinjiang province as fuels,the pyrolysis characteristics of different organic components and the online precipitation behaviors of the main gaseous products(H_(2),CH_(4),CO_(2),CO,H_(2)O)were analyzed in detail by using TG-MS coupled with pulse thermal analysis(PTA).The results show that the pyrolysis weight loss rates of the four coals reached maximum at temperatures between 400℃and 430℃,which was attributed to the fact that the formation of aromatic and aliphatic carbon centered on C_(al)—C_(al),C_(al)—O,C_(al)—H,C_(ar)—C_(al),Car—O,C_(ar)—H content was relatively high.However,the breakage of the C_(al)—C_(al) and C_(ar)—C_(al) bonds is the main source of tar during pyrolysis.This provides a theoretical basis for obtaining high value-added chemicals through coal pyrolysis in Xinjiang.In addition,in the process of pyrolysis,the peak temperatures and changing patterns of gaseous products(H_(2),CH_(4),CO_(2),CO)were basically the same,indicating that Zhundong coal has a similar structure.
