摘要
白酒酿酒废水是一种典型的高浓度工业废水,具有较高的化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)、生物需氧量(Biochemical Oxygen Demand,BOD)、氨氮、总氮、总磷和固形物(SS),其pH较低,废水处理难度较大。当前,行业内通常采用物理、化学、生物和联合方法等方式处理酿酒废水,不同处理方式所采用的技术原理和工艺路线均不相同,各具有优缺点。以某浓香型白酒企业实施的酿酒废水处理案例为基础,探讨了上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed/Blanket,UASB)作为高浓度有机废水厌氧处理的工艺特点、运行情况及成本、处理效果等,总结了处理过程中存在的问题,并展望了酿酒废水处理技术的发展方向。
Baijiu brewing wastewater is a typical industrial wastewater with high concentration,which contains higher chemical oxygen demand(COD),biological oxygen demand(BOD),ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and solids(SS),and is through lower pH,more difficult to sewage treatment.At present,the industry usually uses physical,chemical,biological and combined methods to treat the baijiu brewing wastewater.The technical principles and process routes used in different treatment methods are not the same,and has its advantages and disadvantages.Based on the case of baijiu wastewater treatment implemented by a Nongxiangxing baijiu enterprise,this paper discusses the technological characteristics,construction cost and treatment effect of up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed/Blanket(UASB) as Anaerobic treatment for high concentration organic wastewater.The problems in the treatment process were summarized,and the development direction of brewing wastewater treatment technology was prospected.
