摘要
生态文明建设评价具有十分重要的现实意义。选取2012~2021年湖南省生态文明建设有关数据,采用PSIR模型选取初始指标,通过内部一致性检验对初始指标进行了筛选,并使用专家评价法和熵值法计算了各指标权重,得出了逐年评估指数,并考察“生态文明建设影响因素”随时间的演变轨迹。结果显示:2020年得分6.9309最高,资源环境容量状态对得分影响最大。
The evaluation of ecological civilization construction is of great practical significance.In this paper,the relevant data of ecological civilization construction in Hunan Province from^(2)012 to 2021 are selected.The initial indicators are selected by PSIR model.The initial indicators are screened through internal consistency testing,and the weight of each index is calculated by expert evaluation method and entropy value method.Finally,an annual evaluation index is obtained to examine the evolution trajectory of"influencing factors of ecological civilization construction"over time.The results showed that the score of 6.9309 in 2020 was the highest,and the capacity status of resources and environment had the greatest impact on the score.
