西藏天保工程二期生态服务功能效益计算对比

Calculation and Comparison of Functional Benefits of Ecological Services in the Second Phase of Natural Forest Resource Conservation Project in Tibet

摘要 对西藏天然林资源保护工程2010年末和2020年末的森林资源状况进行了调查,从实物量和价值量2个方面对森林保育土壤、林木养分固持、涵养水源、固碳释氧、净化大气、生物多样性保护等六大生态服务功能效益进行了量化对比。结果表明:工程区森林生态服务功能效益的实物量、价值量年均增长2.34%,生态状况持续良好,生态系统稳定,工程的实施有效地改善了生态环境,取得了显著的生态效益。以期在评估西藏天然林保护工程二期建设成效的同时,也为西藏森林生态系统的生态系统服务功能评估提供了有效的测算方法和依据。 Based on the investigation of the forest resources status at the end of 2010 and the end of 2020 of the Natural Forest Resources Protection Project in Tibet,from two aspects of material quantity and value,the six ecological service function benefits including forest conservation soil,forest nutrient fixation,water conservation,carbon fixation and oxygen release,air purification and biodiversity protection are quantitatively contrasted.The results showed that the actual quantity and value of functional benefits of forest ecological services in the project area increased by 2.34%annually.The ecological condition was good and the ecological system was stable.The implementation of the project effectively improved the ecological environment and achieved significant ecological benefits.Through this study,it hopes to evaluate the effect of the second phase construction of Tibet natural forest protection project,and also provide a method and an effective basis for the evaluation of ecosystem service function of Tibet forest ecosystem.
