重庆市北碚区城市环境噪声现状分析与污染防治

摘要 依据重庆市北碚区2020~2022年区域环境噪声和功能区环境噪声监测资料,评价了重庆市北碚区城市声环境现状,分析了区域环境噪声和功能区环境噪声质量状况和变化趋势。结果表明:2020~2022年,重庆市北碚区区域环境噪声连续3年呈下降趋势,且网格噪声达标率为100%,噪声水平为二级,评价等级为较好;功能区环境噪声整体呈上升趋势,且1类功能区监测点的超标率高于2类功能区监测点位,同时夜间噪声比昼间噪声污染严重。根据监测结果的分析对比,从布局、源头控制等方面提出了进一步防治噪声污染的措施。 Through statistics of 2020~2022 noise monitoring data about the regional environmental noise and the environmental noise of function area in Chongqing Beibei district,the current situation of acoustic environment was evaluated.Meanwhile,the environmental quality status and changing trends of regional noise and the functional area noise were analyzed.The results indicated that from^(2)020 to 2022,the regional environmental noise showed a downward trend,and the standard-reaching rate of all noise monitoring points was 100%,while the noise level is Grade 2 and good respectively.The environmental noise of function area showed an upward trend.Compared with the category 2 functional area,the standard exceeding ratio of category 1 functional area was higher.While,the noise pollution during the daytime was more severe than the noise pollution during the night time.According to the analysis and comparison of monitoring results,further noise pollution prevention and control measures are proposed in terms of layout and source control.
