金相组织对蠕墨铸铁玻璃模具使用寿命的影响

摘要 玻璃模具材料是决定玻璃模具制瓶寿命的至关重要的因素,常用的蠕墨铸铁模具上机后,在冷热交替的作用下,蠕虫状石墨受热易产生氧化剥落,产生基体间的空洞直至产生麻点氧化问题。通过改进蠕墨铸铁玻璃模具材料的内腔和外圆的石墨形态,将距离玻璃模具内腔10 mm处的石墨调整为球状石墨,石墨等级达到7级,离内腔稍远的模具外圆呈粗大的蠕虫状石墨,可以使玻璃模具有良好的抗高温氧化性以及导热性能。经验证,模具内部组织改进后,模具上机后能达到5200万以上的使用寿命,符合客户制瓶要求。 Glass mold material was a crucial factor in determining the life of glass mold used for glass bottle making,after the commonly used vermicular graphite iron molds was on the machine,under the action of alternating cold and heat,the vermicular graphite iron was easy to produce oxidation peeling,producing inter-matrix cavities until producing the pitting dots oxidation.By changing the graphite shape in the glass mold inner cavity 10 mm depth into spherical graphite with graphite size grade of level 7,and changing the graphite at the outer surface of the glass mold into large vermicular graphite,could make the glass mold to have good resistance to high temperature oxidation and good thermal conductivity.It had been proved that after the improvement of the internal structure of the mold,the mold could reach more than 52 million life after putting the glass mold on the machine,that met the bottle making requirements of customer.
