智能化双针床全成形电脑横机产品开发

摘要 为促进智能化全成形针织技术的发展与应用,实现从衣片编织到全成形编织模式的变革,介绍智能化双针床全成形电脑横机的现状,阐述双针床全成形电脑横机技术特点,研究新型纤维石墨烯材料在该机型上的产品开发与应用,并对出现问题进行分析和探讨。基于双针床电脑横机,将不同纱线配比和编织参数应用到实际生产中,通过对比分析生产过程中产生疵点的原因,提出解决方案,并给出关键部位领口平收针编织技巧。该研究为产品生产提供参考意见,为新型纤维材料产品开发提供新思路,促进企业数字化转型和创新能力,提升企业核心竞争力。 In order to promote the development and application of intelligent fully fashioning technology,the paper realized the transformation from panel kntting to whole garment mode,introduced the present situation of intelligent double-needle bed fully fashioned computerized flat knitting machine,described the technical characteristics,studied the product development and application of new fiber graphene material on this machine,and it also analyzed and discussed the problems.Based double-needle bed fully fashioned computerized flat knitting machine,the different yarn ratio and knitting parameters were applied to the actual production,through comparative analysis of the causes of defects in the production process,the solution was put forward,and the knitting technique of the key part that the neckline plain narrowing was given.The study provides a reference for the production of the products and a new idea for the product development of new fiber materials,which promotes enterprise digital transformation and innovation capability,and enhances the core competitiveness of enterprises.
